Our Mission
PMET is a social enterprise that equips young Liberians with essential skills in media, education, and leadership. We achieve our mission by operating a dual-engine model: a non-profit arm that delivers impactful, skills-based training, and a for-profit arm that provides professional services to sustain our mission.

Peace
We foster peaceful communities by equipping young people with essential skills in conflict resolution, non-violent communication, and community dialogue. Our programs promote understanding and reconciliation, helping to build a more stable and cohesive society.
Media
We empower youth to become storytellers and advocates for change. Through training in digital media, journalism, and content creation, we turn young Liberians into responsible media producers who can use their voices to inform, educate, and inspire.
Education
We pioneer innovative, technology-driven learning to address the skills gap. Our educational initiatives provide hands-on training in digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and professional development, ensuring our graduates are prepared for the modern economy.
